Steve has been a strong, Independent voice for keeping Maplewood Square as a Neighborhood Business District. He's championed the Maplewood Square Visioning project.

Steve works for safer and more accessible streets and sidewalks so that seniors and families with children especially can be safe throughout the neighborhood. He advocates for maintaining train service and for quicker and more frequent bus service.

Steve believes in protecting all the things that make Ward 6 a great place to live. He's lead the effort to improved Trafton Park. He has organized frequent neighborhood clean-up days. He supports conserving green space and protecting historic buildings.

Steve supported the request of the Mayor and City Engineering Department for a $15 million loan to complete removal of lead pipes by 2032. He has fought for repairs to be made to our streets and sidewalks.

Steve is a responsive Councillor who is always available to help residents with a wide range of concerns. He led efforts to help fix storm drains that flooded homes in Ward 6.
